On Saturday 22 March 2025 Sir David Wootton, Second Grand Principal, was the Consecrating Officer for the Consecration of Invictus Chapter No 9960.

The Consecration was held at Beverley, although the new Chapter will meet four times per year at Pocklington: on the third Saturday of March (installation), May, September and November. The Consecration ceremonial was enhanced by a magnificent choir, under the direction of E Comp Eddie Wildman.

After a memorable ceremonial, the Companions enjoyed the company of Sir David at the celebratory lunch.

 As Invictus Lodge, the new Chapter will draw membership from present and past members of the Armed Forces.
