At the Queens Hotel, Leeds, LS1 1JP Saturday 20th June 2026 6.00pm – 12.30am

The £75 ticket includes a welcome drinks reception, 3-course dinner including half a bottle of wine and dancing to the Dreamellas. The evening will commence at 6.00pm with a Welcome drink Reception in the Palm Court followed by Dinner at 7.00pm in the Ballroom. The evening will conclude at 12.30am.

The Queens hotel has offered a discount of 15% on their best daily rate at the date of booking. This discounted rate only applies to bookings made on or before 6th June 2026. To obtain this discounted rate attendees must telephone the Hotel’s Reservations Team on 0113 243 1323 Option 2 and quote the MCF Ball. Please note that full payment will be taken at the time of booking and bookings may be cancelled up to 4.00pm on the day of the event with a full refund minus a £50 “admin fee”.

There is no on-site parking at the Queens Hotel however the Hotel offers a 30% discount for guests parking at Q-Park Sovereign Square (Swinegate, Leeds LS1 4AG) by booking directly on the Q-Park website https://www.q-park.co.uk/en-gb/cities/leeds/sovereign-square/ using the code QHSS30.

The multi-storey at Leeds railway station (Aire Street, LS1 4HT) is operated by Apcoa https://www.apcoa.co.uk/find-parking/locations/leeds/leeds-station for which Queens Hotel does not offer a discount.
