The Lodge of St Michael 7833 recently donated the sum of £250.00 towards the purchase of training kit for the under 6’s at Cottingham Tigers Amateur Rugby League FC, and this grant was given under our Community Engagement Role.

On Saturday 11th July 2026 W Bro David Whittall (Charity Steward) and myself W Bro Peter Stokes (JW) visited the training ground to see our donation in action where, under the guidance of their Coach Nicky, the cubs were put through their paces finishing with a game of tag rugby. All of the children were enthusiastic and happy, and we were proud that our donation gave them a great start on their rugby journey.

Recently they formed part of the half time display at Hull FC whilst wearing their new kit with pride.
