A night of much excitement and cheering at Middlesbrough Masonic Hall on 28 June, when Vulcan Lodge hosted their Race Night.

Although hosted by Vulcan Lodge, W.Bros David Alderton and Brian Henderson-Thynne did an exceptional job of organising the event, which included aptly named horses such as “Square Ball”, “Punters’ Dilemma” and “Festival Flyer”.

As always, the event was supported by members of the Zetland Ladies’ Club, and was attended by members from other Lodges, including Acklam and Dundas.

A great night was had by all, with £323 raised going to the Great North East Air Ambulance. An excellent example of Lodges working together to raise money for good causes!
