Spooky Goings On at St Germain and Help for the North Duffield Dragons U11 Football Team
Superbly organised by the ladies of the Lodge, 25 children were treated to a November 1st Halloween Party with craft making activities, party games, prizes, delicious Halloween party food and a party bag to enjoy on the way home. Andrew Hatton writes on social media: What a fantastic achievement today’s party was, such a success – the kids were engrossed from start to finish, which was a pleasure to see – well done to everyone who made the day and thank you – Thalia is looking forward to next year’s Halloween at St Germain…
… and after receiving a request for help from Jamie the North Duffield Dragons U11 Football Team coach, W Bro Duncan McDougall was very pleased to hand over a cheque for £300 as a donation from the Lodge at the party towards the cost of new training tops and raincoats for the players – hopefully they will now be warm and dry and looking good for the rest of the season.
