Second Provincial Grand Principal Richard Smedley visited Constitutional Chapter 294 on 15th January.
An excellent evening was had by all. The Chapter entertained the visiting team with a very professional installation by now-IPZ John Chrystal of new MEZ Keith Charlesworth.
