Whilst recovering from a knee replacement operation, Jim Taylor of the Lofthouse Lodge 6357 offered members and friends the chance to purchase pieces of a 500 peace jigsaw which he had received as a Christmas gift. The puzzle showing his grandchildren Lily and Thea, each piece was numbered. All pieces were then mixed and two weeks later it was completed. The very last piece to be placed was number 244 purchased by Ged Demoily and his wife, Ali of the Zetland Lodge 561, who won a Christmas hamper.
