After the success of last year's appeal, Lennox Lodge 123 again stepped up to support local Children's Services, to provide children in the Richmondshire area with a gift on Christmas morning. With the increased cost of living we anticipated that the number of families needing to call upon this support would also have increased.
Therefore, despite the demands on our members own finances they dug deep and, with the help of Lennox Chapter, purchased & wrapped over 300 selection boxes (50 more than last year) to donate to Richmond Children's Services for onward distribution to those in greatest need.
Harry Elliott, Paul Hunt and Santa (Chris Clay) dropped off the donation to a very happy Georgie Lonsdale and her team at Children's Services. Georgie thanked the Lodge and said that the donation will contribute towards making a Magical Christmas for those children under their care.
