Concord Lodge, dedicated to meeting in community-based venues, was recently faced with the challenge of finding a new location.
In the post-COVID landscape, where suitable venues have become scarce, an extensive search led to the discovery of Murton Park as the ideal new home for the Lodge. The venue offers excellent meeting facilities, and members and visitors alike enjoyed a delightful Festive Board at the on-site Yorkshire Barn Cafe.
At this inaugural meeting, 12 visitors attended to support Concord Lodge in its new home and to welcome Bro Chris Smith, who was initiated as the Lodge's newest member. Each visitor was presented with the newly introduced ‘Concord Visitor’ 'CV' lapel pin, a token to be worn on all subsequent visits. The Worshipful Master and members are excited for this new chapter (pardon the pun!) in the Lodge’s history and look forward to warmly welcoming both new and returning visitors.
